【课题】Lesson 38
【重点】
1. 能听懂、会说“Where are you from?”及其回答，并能用Let’s practise中的国家地名进行练习。
2. 能听说读写单词“where”和句子“Where are you from?”。
【难点】能正确朗读国家地名：England, America, Japan
【过程】
1. Warm-up：
1) 学生看课件或图片，课件展示的是世界地图。教师指着中国说：“I’m from China.”，并提问若干名学生：“Where are you from?”，学生回答：“I’m from China.”。
2) 教师指着图上的日本人问：“Where are you from?”，而后点击人物，学生听回答：“I’m from Japan.”
3) 教师领读“Japan”，强调“a”的发音，并请学生找一找尾音“pan”和单词“pen”的区别。
4) 请若干名学生扮演日本人，其他同学询问“Where are you from?”，他们回答出：“I’m from Japan.”。
2. Presentation:
3) 教师请学生询问图中其他人物从哪里来。学生问：“Where are you from?”，图中的人物分别答出：“I’m from England / America.”。
3) 教师领读地名“England, America”，学生跟读并说出中文。
3) 学生选择一个喜欢的国家，两人一组相互做问答练习。
如，S1: Where are you from?
S2: I’m from America. Where are you from?
S1: I am from Japan.
3. Learn to say：
看图说话
1) 让学生看图，听两遍录音。
2) 教师提出问题：“Where are they from?”，让学生带着问题去听第三遍录音。学生说一说他们都是从哪里来的（只说对地名即可）：“I’m from China. I’m from England. I’m from America. I’m from Japan.”。
3) 再放录音一遍，学生逐句重复。而后教师领读课文，学生朗读。
4) 学生看书朗读对话，并能指着图中人物说出他们来自何处。
如：从左往右说出：She is from China. He is from England. He is from America. She is from Japan.
5) 学生四人一组分角色表演课文，教师请若干组到台前表演，要求不能看书。
4. Let’s practise：
1) 教师在黑板贴出“China, England, America, Japan”四个国家的音标，学生看音标试朗读出单词。
2) 学生以小组为单位，试拼写出单词。教师请每个小组在黑板上写出四个单词，学生一起检查对错。
3) 教师在黑板上写出句子“Where are you from?”及音标，学生看音标朗读。
